No Way Out (2022) | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Dennis Harvey Variety There’s enough sex and violence here to hold attention for an hour and a half, but the care or conviction to explain why it all happens — let alone why viewers should care — proves elusive. Aug 10, 2022 Full Review No Way Out (2022) | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Jackie K. Cooper jackiekcooper.com The two leads Bichicchi and Mitchell show promise. They hold your interest in a confusing but somewhat interesting story. Rated: 5/10 Aug 22, 2022 Full Review No Way Out (2022) | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue This muddled erotic thriller feels like a throwback to assembly-line noir exercises from a bygone era. Aug 19, 2022 Full Review No Way Out (2022) | Rotten Tomatoes (4) Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall Amid its various twists and turns, the film becomes almost staggeringly nihilistic. Rated: 2.5/5 Aug 17, 2022 Full Review No Way Out (2022) | Rotten Tomatoes (5) Nathaniel Muir AIPT No Way Out ends up being a serviceable thriller. After a rough start, the writing smooths out and the characters become less grating. The plot develops into a standard noir that will not surprise fans, but will keep them watching. The MAD Screenwriter S While I'm by no means claiming that this film was any version of a cinematic masterpiece, I was impressed by this film's ability to do more with less than I expected when I started watching it.Mitchell and Bicicchi's performances felt honest at least, and the story itself was interesting enough as it races towards the twist I think we could all see coming. But despite the film's shortcomings it does manage to hold your attention through what turned out to be a fairly brisk watch, making it, in my eyes at least, not a bad first try for the first time writer and director. Rated 3/5 Stars • Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/22/24 Full Review Arzaloued V Filmed like an long ad. Fast unrealistic action and dialogues. Over-polished unnatural script and acting. Typical Hollywood abyssal failure posing as cinema, catering to a few urban drooling hipsters who will probably try to emulate the mini stars at their next sad party.
