Why can't I cancel my Goodnotes subscription? ›

Cancel Trial or Subscription through Goodnotes app

Ensure that you are on the same platform where you initially subscribed or started the trial with to access this option. For Android users subscribed via Google Play, also check that your default browser is set to Chrome for this option to be available for you.
