Guide - [UPDATED] Latest version Skyblock and Hypixel mods (2025)

Skyblocker Modpack:

Has some really useful mods and configs for Skyblock. A lot of the mods listed here are included in the modpack.

Simply Optimized (RECOMMENDED):

Fabulously Optimized:

Has more mods like zoom, capes, etc. found in Optifine. However, these extra mods may have a negative performance impact

Additive:

Aaron's Mod:

It is basically a general mod, for both improving the game as a whole and specifically for Skyblock.

Skyblock Mod:

A skyblock mod, with Dungeon, Experiment solvers, and a lot of QoL features

Skyblocker:

All purpose Skyblock mod with solvers, dungeon stuff, garden and slayer features, kuudra and crimson isles, etc., a feature-rich Skyblock mod.

Note: A lot of these clients are really similar to each other with minor gimmicks and differences.

Lunar Client:

A really popular PvP client, has support for the latest versions. Has a lot of FPS improvements and is cross-platform.

Feather Client:

A Minecraft client, with ability to download and load custom mods and host a local world without port-forwarding. The interface is similar to Lunar Client.
*This is not cross-platform and not available for my OS, Linux. I have not tried this.

Badlion Client:

Another popular PvP client, with support for the latest versions.
*From my testing, the FPS improvements in Badlion are not as good as Lunar Client's.

LabyMod:

A Minecraft client, with a lot of built-in mods and is highly configurable. Has voice chat built in and has the world hosting feature in Feather Client.

PrismLauncher:

An open-source Minecraft launcher, forked from MultiMC. It has multi instance support, easy mod, modpack, resource pack, shader installs.
*I personally use this, it is really useful to easily download mods and modpacks, without needing to go out of the launcher.

MultiMC:

The original project PrismLauncher was forked from. Has most of the features from PrismLauncher.

ATLauncher:

A Minecraft launcher with support for one-click modpack installs.

GDLauncher:

A Minecraft launcher for easy mod and modpack installation with multi-instance support.

Modrinth App:

Basically a mod, modpack, resource pack and shader pack downloader, developed by Modrinth.
